Quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their address or bank balance.

ReMeDi Foundation brings doctors, diagnostics, and digital health tools to the communities furthest from care, so that distance, income, or geography never decides who gets treated.

Quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their address or bank balance.

Our Story

Every year, over 50 million people in India are pushed into poverty by healthcare costs alone. Many travel more than 30 kilometres just to see a doctor. Diseases go undetected until it's too late, not because the treatment doesn't exist, but because it never reaches the people who need it. We started ReMeDi Foundation to close that distance.

We carry forward 23 years of work by Neurosynaptic Communications — technology that has already reached over 3,000 rural health centres and delivered 1.6 million teleconsultations across India. As a foundation, we take that same technology and put it directly into the hands of the public health system, local entrepreneurs, and government platforms, wherever the need is greatest.

We don't believe the answer is more hospitals in cities. We believe in bringing hospital-quality treatment directly to the doorsteps of those affected most.

Mission

Mission
We bring affordable, technology-enabled healthcare to India's most underserved communities — strengthening the public health system, building clinics that last, and putting better data in the hands of every health professional we work with.

What We Do

There's no single fix for a gap this wide. So we work on three fronts at once — each one closing the distance in a complementary way.
Community healthcare service

Research and Technology Development

Developing healthcare technologies that bring diagnostics, clinical decisions and specialist care closer to underserved communities.
Community healthcare service

Strengthening Public Health Systems

Integrating technologies into primary healthcare and government systems while strengthening frontline health-worker capacities through on-ground implementation.
Community healthcare service

Sustainable ReMeDi Clinics

Establishing affordable, technology-enabled clinics that deliver quality assisted-primary care closer to underserved communities.

Who We Serve

The last mile looks different depending on where you stand. For us, it includes:

Who We Serve

Rural Communities

Across India. We’ve already made strides in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh, where the nearest doctor can be hours away
Who We Serve

Adivasi and mining-affected communities

Often in areas with the least existing infrastructure
Who We Serve

Older Adults

Through Project Samraksha — a dedicated geriatric care programme reaching close to 20,000 elderly people
Who We Serve

People with disabilities

Who struggle with mobility to access treatment
Who We Serve

Women and Children

Through antenatal care, institutional deliveries, and maternal health support
Who We Serve

People Living with Chronic Illness

Diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease — who need ongoing care, not just a one-time visit

Different communities — different needs. Same commitment: care that comes to you.
